1. Cleaning Drawings:

At this stage, we begin the cleaning process after identifying the necessary and unnecessary components in the “.dwg” files. Once we have created a simple and clear plan, we add expansion joint details to prepare the plan for the next stages. If you do not already have a “.dwg” file, we create a custom file based on the information / images provided, allowing us to continue the process.

2. Construction Building:

When a more detailed calculation is required in the project, dimensions are added to the plan and detailed information about elements such as walls, doors, and windows is included. This allows for a more detailed specification of the project’s thermal properties and enables more precise calculation of heat losses. As a result, more precise attention can be paid to the project’s energy efficiency, and the establishment of an optimum heating/cooling system can be ensured. This stage, where the three-dimensional plan is prepared and details such as doors and windows are added to the project, is referred to as this stage.

3. Underfloor Heating (UFH):

In this stage, the initial system parameters are defined, and areas where the floor will and will not be laid are allocated. Then, we position the manifolds and connect the appropriate groups to the manifolds with feed pipes.

At this point, attention is paid to adjusting the groups according to expansion joints, minimizing the bending of pipes as much as possible, connecting feed pipes to the manifold without excessive looping, and other details to design a system with optimal characteristics.

4. Building Analysis:

At this stage, the created groups, utilized supply pipes, and zones are checked, and necessary calculations are performed in compliance with standards. The system’s efficiency is assessed, and required optimizations are implemented. This comprehensive analysis process is crucial to ensure the system operates in the most efficient and effective manner possible.

5. Layout:

At this stage, the dimensions of permanent furniture, shower, bathtub, etc. areas are specified on the plan. Labels containing detailed information about manifolds and groups are added. Various tables and information boxes related to the system are also included to create a detailed drawing.
